I just adore fried chicken and am very excited to make this (just so I can steal a few pieces). Boneless succulent fried chicken thighs marinated in yoghurt and spices in a crispy spiced coating dusted with my special Szechuan seasoning. Made with a blend of not quite 11 herbs and spices but seriously finger licking good either hot or cold!
