Our Menu For Friday 19th June
After a long break we're very excited to bring back Soto. A traditional Malay noodle soup made from a paste of blended spices including fennel, cinnamon, cumin, white pepper with lemongrass, turmeric and galangal. A warming bowl of soup noodles topped with Bergedil (Malay potato cake), Peanuts, Celery and either poached chicken or marinated mushrooms. This is then all brought together with a Sambal Hitam (Black Sambal). Truly delicious. We've also selected sides that compliment the soup perfectly and great for dunking
