We want to make sure you have the best experience when shopping with us! Below you'll find all the details you need about shipping and delivery for our products.

1. Chilled Meals (Local Delivery & Pickup)

Our chilled meals are crafted fresh and need to be delivered quickly to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Because of this, we only offer local delivery and specific pickup locations for these items.

Available Delivery Areas:

  • Local Delivery: We currently only offer a delivery service for chilled meals to areas immediately around Ping At Home HQ. If you have any questions please contact us 

  • Pickup Locations:  If we don't deliver to your address we have a range of pickup points

    • Ping HQ in Rode

    • Larkhall Butchers in Bath

    • The Kitchen Table Dorset in Shaftesbury

  • Delivery Times: We deliver all chilled meal orders on Friday. The delivery/pickup slots are:

    • Larkhall Butchers in Larkhall from 2pm Friday > 1pm Saturday

    • Fussels Farm Shop in Rode from 10:30 > 4:30 on Friday

    • The Kitchen Table Dorset in Shaftesbury from 2.30pm Friday > 5pm Saturday

    • Local Delivery:

      • BECKINGTON > SOUTHWICK > RODE > FARLEIGH HUNGERFORD - 3 - 5pm

      • WINGFIELD - 5 - 6pm

  • Order Deadline: Cut off for ordering is Tuesday evening as we will only buy and prepare the ingredients for prepaid food to avoid waste. If you have any allergies, please ask before ordering.

Important Info:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our meals, they cannot be shipped nationwide.

2. Nationwide Delivery

Our Chilli Oils and Sambal can be shipped nationwide, so no matter where you're located, you can enjoy our delicious offerings!

Shipping Areas:

  • We currently offer mail order to the whole of the UK, including the Highlands & Islands and to Northern Ireland

Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Your order will typically arrive within 5 business days after it's been processed.

Carrier:
We currently use The Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service for all orders and aim to get your order to you within 5 days of placing your order

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Shipping up to 2kg (5 Jars): £4.00

  • Standard Shipping up to 10kg (25 Jars): £7.50

  • Standard Shipping up to 20kg (50 Jars): £14.00

Packaging & Care:
We take extra care in packing your order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition and our packaging is designed to protect your items during transit. If you receive any product that is not in good condition please contact us.
