How It Works
PING AT HOME is a meal service created by Ping Coombes, MasterChef Winner. Every week there is a limited menu inspired by her home country Malaysia. Menus change weekly and dishes are freshly cooked using locally sourced ingredients where possible.
The food comes chilled ready to heat at home for which we provide instructions; this is best in a microwave but can be done in an oven or on the hob too. All food has a shelf life of 4 days so will keep fine in the fridge all weekend, the main dishes are also suitable to freeze so perfect if you want to purchase extra to keep in your freezer.
THE MENU & ORDERING
Each menu normally has of a choice of 2 mains and 2 sides, ususally with a meat and vegetable option. We'd recommend having 1 main and 1 side per person and if you have a larger group why not eat like a Malaysian and have a selection of everything.
A new menu is curated every Wednesday for the following Friday and if you're part of our mailing list will get it sent to you. To give us time to order ingredients we close orders on the preceeding Tuesday at 6pm; if you are a little late please contact us as we do often have extras once we've finished cooking that we like to give a good home if possible..
