A rework of one our most popular dishes, we normally poach the chicken but this time we're roasting it with a special soy marinade to give it a more rich flavour. This is one of those dishes that looks simple but the preparation is not at all simple. This dish consists of succulent soy roast chicken, rice cooked in chicken fat, stock, ginger and garlic. This is eaten with a classic red chilli sauce.
